USISPF Adds Peak XV’s Shailendra Singh to Board of Directors


Washington, DC-based US-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF) added Shailendra Singh, Managing Director, Peak XV, to the Board of Directors.

In his role as Managing Director at Peak XV, Singh has played a pivotal role in facilitating cross-border partnerships and investments, driving innovation, and fostering entrepreneurship within the technology, consumer, and financial sectors. He leads the firm’s operations globally with over $9 billion of assets under management.

Singh was included in the Forbes Midas List of top global VCs for three consecutive years from 2018 to 2020. Peak XV Partners (Formerly Sequoia Capital India & SEA) is a venture capital and growth investing firm investing across India, Southeast Asia, and beyond. Over the last 18 years of operations in the region, Peak XV has grown to manage over $9 billion in capital across 13 funds and invested in over 400 companies, of which 40 companies have achieved revenues of over $100 million. The firm has a team of professionals working across 5 offices – Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Singapore, and Dubai and spans 14 nationalities.
